Warranties:
FOD.rokap.com Products are warrantied for 30 days from shipping. Under no circumstances shall FOD.rokap.com be held liable for any labor cost incurred from any defective products warranted by the product manufacturers. In the event of warranty return, FOD.rokap.com will provide the name and shipping address of the product manufacturer. All returns are subject to our Return Policy.

  • Parcel Service shipments will have a $6.00 handling fee per order.
  • Larger shipments ship motor freight (No C.O.D.'s on freight).
  • Fuel Surcharge:Fuel charge may apply to shipments.
  • Hazardous Material:Not all items can ship via air. Ground service may be required.
  • Shipping Time:FOD.rokap.com stocks hundreds of items for immediate shipping. Orders with custom or out of stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time sensitive, ask your Customer Service Representative for assistance.
    • Any chargeback fee resulting from shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees shall be paid in full before future orders can be processed.

Pricing:
Due to fluctuations in raw materials and energy costs prices may change without notice.

  • A $30.00 Handling Fee is applied per order to setup a job.
  • FOD.rokap.com offers returns/exchanges on stock items, within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • All returns/exchanges must have a return authorization number assigned before product is returned.
  • Restocking fees and other fees may apply.
  • Custom and non-stock items are not eligible for return.
